Bailey Hutchins has tragically died following her colon cancer diagnosis two years ago, her husband has revealed in a statement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bailey, 26, found fame on\u00a0social media<\/a>, where she boasts over 180,000 followers on\u00a0TikTok<\/a>\u00a0and 19,000 followers on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On her respective pages, the young woman documented her journey with stage 4 colon\u00a0cancer<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 which she was diagnosed with in 2023.<\/p>\n

Announcing the news of her death, Bailey\u2019s husband Caden shared a moving tribute to her on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Sharing a snap of the 26-year-old looking out at a beautiful landscape, he wrote on Sunday (February 9): \u201cI\u2019m devastated to say that my Bailey B has passed away last night.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe fought such a tough incredible fight these past two years and she\u2019s no longer suffering from all the torturous pain she has endured during this journey. Being your husband and caregiver has been such a blessing to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am still in such disbelief and in denial that I just lost my best friend,\u201d Caden continued the tear-jerking post.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou were and always will be such a light in any room you fill Bailey, and such an inspiration to others. Your faith could move mountains Baby, unfortunately God had bigger plans for you Up Above. Until we meet again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her sister, Ashley Rolfes, also shared her own tribute, posting a carousel of images on Instagram with the caption (via<\/a>\u00a0PEOPLE): \u201cAs of 2\/7 at 10:30 pm, after a two-year battle of a terrible disease, my beautiful sister gained her angel wings.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a separate post shared to Bailey\u2019s TikTok, the past few weeks were described as a \u2018devastating nightmare\u2019 for the content creator and her family.<\/p>\n

Caden continued to write: \u201cBailey fought so hard these past 2 years. It\u2019s been an incredible journey to watch and I am so honored to be your husband and caregiver.\u201d<\/p>\n

Alongside Caden\u2019s heartfelt message was a video montage of their wedding day with Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth\u2019s song \u2018See You Again\u2019 playing over it.<\/p>\n
